Zenzi Suhadi

Zenzi Suhadi is the Executive Director of Wahana Lingkungan Hidup Indonesia (Walhi), an environmental organization. He has been vocal about the detrimental effects of mining regulations on Indonesia’s ecological landscape, particularly concerning small islands. Recently, he has raised concerns about the changes in environmental laws under President Joko Widodo's administration, which he believes undermine environmental protections and exacerbate ecological degradation, as evidenced by the controversial nickel mining operations in Raja Ampat.
