Zhan Xiangluan

Zhan Xiangluan is a judge at the Qishan People's Court in Jinping District, Shantou, Guangdong Province. Recently, she gained attention for her effective mediation skills in resolving a landlord-tenant dispute involving a 75-year-old man, Li Laobo. Zhan's thoughtful approach not only addressed the immediate conflict but also aimed to improve community mediation practices by training local neighborhood committee staff.
