Zhang Douhui

Zhang Douhui is the Chief Prosecutor at the Taiwan High Prosecutors Office. He was involved in the recent case concerning Chen Nan, where he was tasked by Minister Zheng Mingqian to ensure the safety of judicial staff following the alarming incident of self-immolation linked to the legal proceedings.
