Zhang Sheng-de

Zhang Sheng-de is the Speaker of the Yilan County Council and a key political figure within the Chinese Nationalist Party (KMT). He is one of the candidates being considered for the KMT's nomination in the upcoming mayoral race in Yilan County, where he is competing against fellow legislator Wu Tsung-hsien.
