Zhang Shiwan

Zhang Shiwan is the principal of the central primary school in Yingairike Town, Aksu County. A former member of the 2011 Aksu teaching support team from Northwest Normal University, he has dedicated himself to the local education sector, passionately leading his staff into the new academic year.
