Zhang Wenmiao

Zhang Wenmiao is the Director of the Human Resource Flow Management Department at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security in China. He recently garnered attention for his remarks at the Third National Human Resource Service Development Conference, where he highlighted the substantial growth and impact of the human resources service industry in China, noting that it has provided employment services to over 3 billion laborers and supported more than 50 million employers since the start of the 14th Five-Year Plan.
