Zhao Haitao

Zhao Haitao is an associate researcher at the Archaeology Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He has gained recognition for his contributions to the study of ancient Chinese civilizations, particularly through his research on the Erlitou culture, which is significant for understanding the origins of social hierarchy and ritual systems in early Chinese states. Recently, he appeared as a guest on the fifth season of 'Chinese Archaeology Lecture Hall' to discuss archaeological findings from the Erlitou site, shedding light on the formation and development of bronze ritual music systems in ancient China.
