Zhao Xinquan

Zhao Xinquan is the head of the Qinghai Province's Sanjiangyuan Ecological and Plateau Agricultural National Key Laboratory. He is involved in research on the ecological changes in the Sanjiangyuan region and the impact of these changes on flagship species such as the Tibetan antelope.
