Zheng Fuxue

Zheng Fuxue is a 68-year-old craftsman from Hanzhong, Shaanxi, who has dedicated over 50 years to the traditional art of rattan weaving. He has witnessed the ups and downs of this craft, which faced decline due to modernization, but found new hope with the establishment of a cooperative that revitalizes rattan weaving and provides income opportunities for local artisans.
