Zheng Xianglong is a 70-year-old master craftsman and representative inheritor of the dragon boat-making technique, a cultural heritage from Yichang, Hubei Province. With nearly 50 years of experience, he has crafted over a hundred dragon boats, emphasizing traditional methods and designs that have been passed down through generations. Recently, he led a team of skilled artisans to create 14 traditional wooden dragon boats for a festival in his hometown, reviving the ancient customs associated with the Duanwu Festival.
