Zhi Cheng
Zhi Cheng, a 35-year-old doctor at New York-Presbyterian Queens hospital, recently pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting seven women, including three of his patients, after administering sedatives that left them incapacitated. He was arrested in 2022 when a video revealed him assaulting an acquaintance while she was unconscious in his home. Evidence found during the investigation included recordings of the assaults and liquid anesthetics. Cheng is currently incarcerated and faces a maximum sentence of 24 years in prison.
