Zhou Huanjiang

Zhou Huanjiang is the General Manager of the Africa and Europe Department at Norinco, a major Chinese state-owned enterprise specializing in military equipment. He was recently in the news for leading a delegation that met with Gabon's President Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema to discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation between Gabon and China across various sectors, including defense and infrastructure.
