Zhou Weimin

Zhou Weimin is the commander of the Xi'an to Yan'an high-speed railway project, known as the Xiyan High-Speed Railway. He recently announced the successful completion of track laying for this significant infrastructure project, which is the first high-speed railway in the Shaanbei revolutionary area. The railway will significantly reduce travel time between Xi'an and Yan'an, enhancing connectivity and supporting regional development.
