Zhu Ruifu is the Director of International Strategic Development at the China-Switzerland (Chongqing Liangjiang) Industrial Park and the Vice President of the China-Switzerland Chamber of Commerce, who has noted the conveniences brought by visa-free policies for promoting business and tourism between Switzerland and China.
