Zianny Mora

Zianny Mora is a young baker originally from Costa Rica who, along with her husband, took over a bakery in the small village of Castromil, Spain. Despite the challenges of rural life, she is committed to revitalizing local economies through her baking, serving the community with fresh bread and aiming to change the perception of rural work.
