Zinhle Thwala-Zulu

Zinhle Thwala-Zulu is a seasoned town planning professional recently appointed as the Executive Manager: Operations at the Mandela Bay Development Agency (MBDA). With extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, she has previously served as General Manager of Planning & Sustainable Development at the Mtubatuba Municipality and as a Senior Town Planner in Knysna. Thwala-Zulu holds a BTech in Town & Regional Planning and is pursuing a Master’s degree in the same field. In her new role, she is responsible for overseeing urban revitalization projects and aligning them with the agency’s strategic objectives to foster inclusive growth in Nelson Mandela Bay.
