Zinhle Thwala-Zulu is a seasoned town planning professional recently appointed as the Executive Manager: Operations at the Mandela Bay Development Agency (MBDA). With extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, she has previously served as General Manager of Planning & Sustainable Development at the Mtubatuba Municipality and as a Senior Town Planner in Knysna. Thwala-Zulu holds a BTech in Town & Regional Planning and is pursuing a Master’s degree in the same field.
