Zislao Ksiasek

Father Zislao Ksiasek is a Polish Salesian priest who has lived in Puerto Casado for over 40 years. He is an outspoken advocate for the rights of the residents, often highlighting the historical neglect of the local population by the state. Ksiasek has documented the history of the area, particularly during the time of the quebracho industry, and continues to support efforts to secure land titles for the people of Puerto Casado.
