Živorad Jovanović

Živorad Jovanović, a 56-year-old gold panner from Kučevo, Serbia, is dedicated to preserving the traditional craft of gold panning alongside his son, Miloš. As a member of the local gold panning society Zlato runo, he actively participates in workshops that showcase this age-old skill to the public, fostering interest in the region's rich history of gold mining. With a deep connection to the land and its traditions, Živorad aims to pass on the knowledge and passion for gold panning to future generations.
