Ziz, born Jack Amadeus LaSota, is a former computer programmer turned radical figure in the AI risk community, known for her extreme views on the dangers of artificial intelligence. Initially drawn to the Bay Area's rationalist scene, she became increasingly disillusioned, leading her to advocate for confrontation and retaliation against perceived threats to humanity. Her turbulent journey saw her faking her own death, living on a sailboat, and ultimately being linked to a series of violent incidents, culminating in her arrest in connection with several high-profile killings.
