Zohra Zarrouk

Zohra Zarrouk is a dedicated animal rights activist in Tunisia who has devoted the last fifteen years to rescuing and caring for stray cats and dogs. With a passion for animal welfare rooted in her childhood, she operates a well-equipped private shelter in Sousse, where she cares for around forty dogs and fifty cats. Together with local veterinarians, she provides medical care to injured animals and advocates for the humane treatment of street animals in her community.
