Zoran Lipošćak

Zoran Lipošćak is a brigadier in the Croatian Armed Forces and currently serves as the Chief of Staff of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Croatia. Recently, he made headlines for his decision to exclude certain historical cavalry units from participating in a significant military parade commemorating the Operation Storm, citing concerns over safety and lack of recent training exercises.
