Zou Mengqing is a resident of Qinhuai District in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China, who has expressed joy over the significant improvement in the water quality of Moon Lake, which has transformed from a polluted body of water into a vibrant ecosystem since the commencement of comprehensive water environment restoration efforts in 2016.
