Zoubeir Gouila

Zoubeir Gouila is a senior Algerian military officer who has recently been appointed as the new commander of the Algerian Air Force. He succeeded Mahmoud Laaraba in this role, following a formal ceremony presided over by the Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defense, General Saïd Chengriha.
