Zulema Altamirano

Zulema Altamirano is the Deputy Director General of Institutional Coordination in Violence against Women at the Government Delegation against Gender Violence in Spain, having taken office in October 2024. She has been involved in addressing issues related to the malfunctioning of anti-violence monitoring bracelets, receiving numerous internal reports about their inefficacy and the impact it has on protecting victims of gender-based violence.
