Đorđe Dabović

Đorđe Dabović is the president of the Ulcinj Association of Fighters and Anti-Fascists (UBNOR). He has been actively advocating for the installation of a memorial plaque dedicated to fallen fighters and civilian victims of World War II at the 'Sloboda' monument on Pinješ in Ulcinj, expressing concerns over the local government's lack of response to their requests.
