Brano Jančić is the secretary of the Ulcinj Association of Fighters and Anti-Fascists (UBNOR) and has publicly called on local leaders to support the installation of a memorial plaque, highlighting the need to honor the sacrifices of local anti-fascist fighters and to address what he perceives as a neglectful attitude from the municipality towards UBNOR.
