Aarthi Subramanian has made history as the first woman Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), overseeing operations for the $30 billion IT firm. Starting her career as a graduate trainee in 1989, she earned the nickname 'Ms Fixit' for her exceptional abilities in delivery excellence and large-scale program management.
