Abdalá Makki Musli al Rufay’i, also known as 'Abú Jadija', was a prominent figure in the Islamic State (ISIS), serving as the deputy caliph and overseeing operations in Iraq and Syria. His role included governance, logistics, and planning for the group's activities worldwide, making him a key player in ISIS's structure. He was designated as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist by the U.S. State Department and was killed in a U.S.-backed operation in Iraq in March 2023.
