Abdallah Makki Muslih al-Rifa

Abdallah Makki Muslih al-Rifa, also known as Abu Khadija, was a senior leader of the Islamic State (IS) group in Iraq and Syria, known for his involvement in the group's strategic decision-making and global operations.
