Abdennour El Hichou

Abdennour El Hichou, a 39-year-old from Morocco, was recently arrested in Barbate, Spain, as the last of four crew members involved in a tragic incident on February 9, 2024, where a narcolancha collided with a Guardia Civil boat, resulting in the deaths of two officers.
