Abdón Rodríguez, also known as 'Chucho', is a prominent figure within the Cartel del Noreste (CDN), a criminal organization in Mexico that emerged from the fragmentation of Los Zetas. He has been implicated in narcotrafficking and money laundering activities, and has recently been sanctioned by the U.S. Department of the Treasury due to his alleged role in the cartel's operations.
