
Abdoulaye BA
Abdoulaye BA is a Mauritanian citizen and a political observer who has lived in Tunisia for 38 years. He is a graduate of the IFID, a Maghreb institution specializing in training senior executives in banking and insurance. BA has worked in the reinsurance sector for 23 years before retiring in 2013. He is currently advocating for the reform of the Tunisian public administration, highlighting the bureaucratic challenges faced by citizens, including his own struggle to obtain Tunisian nationality after five years of waiting.
