Abdulhamid Al-Awak

Abdulhamid Al-Awak is a constitutional law expert and professor at Mardin Artuklu University in Turkey. He has recently gained attention for his role as one of the seven members of the committee tasked by interim president Ahmad al-Sharaa to draft a temporary constitution for Syria, which aims to balance social security and freedom while maintaining Islamic law as a primary source of jurisprudence.
