Abduxoliq Aydarqulov

Abduxoliq Aydarqulov, who served as the governor of Navoiy region from 1992 to 1995, passed away at the age of 83. Born in 1942 in the city of Ghazalkent in the Bostanliq district of Tashkent, he graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Melioration. His career began in the 1960s, where he held various engineering and managerial positions within the agricultural sector. Over the years, he rose through the ranks of local government, serving as the chairman of the Bostanliq District Executive Committee and later in senior roles within the Sirdaryo region. Aydarqulov was also a member of the Supreme Soviet of the Uzbek SSR and was awarded the 'Shuhrat' medal in 1994 for his contributions to public service.
