Abelardo Ernesto Figueroa Romero

Abelardo Ernesto Figueroa Romero, also known by his aliases 'Tortuga' and 'Feo', is a Venezuelan criminal with strong ties to the Tren de Aragua, a notorious transnational criminal organization. He is believed to have arrived in Bogotá around 2017-2018 to strengthen his alliance with the gang's leadership and facilitate the smuggling of weapons into Colombia. Figueroa Romero has been implicated in numerous extortion cases and violent attacks against businesses in the city.
