Luis Eduardo Santos Parra

Luis Eduardo Santos Parra, known as 'Toro', is a Venezuelan criminal affiliated with the Tren de Aragua. He joined the organization through his association with fellow gang member Abelardo Ernesto Figueroa Romero. Santos Parra has been involved in extortion and other criminal activities in Bogotá, operating out of a house in Soacha that served as a base for their operations.
