Abrou Hro

Abrou Hro is the President of the Council of the Draâ-Tafilalet region in Morocco. He has been an advocate for participatory governance, emphasizing the need for listening to citizens in regional development efforts. At the Morocco Today Forum, he shared his region's approach to engaging over 18,000 citizens in identifying local needs and priorities, aiming to create integrated development programs that reflect the realities on the ground.
