Adrian O'Sullivan

Adrian O’Sullivan is an Irish property investment specialist and entrepreneur based in Berlin, Germany. Originally from Clonakilty, he first visited Germany as a teenager and fell in love with the culture and opportunities available there. After working his way up in the hospitality industry, he transitioned into property investment during a transformative period in Germany following the fall of the Berlin Wall. He co-founded European Property Investment, focusing on creating investment vehicles for non-German investors, particularly from Ireland. O'Sullivan has a diverse portfolio that includes ownership of bars, restaurants, and nightclubs across several countries. He remains active in the Irish community in Berlin and has served as president of the German Irish Council.
