Afa Ah Loo was a prominent Samoan fashion designer known for his self-titled label, Afa Ah Loo, which specialized in pageant and event wear. He gained recognition in the Pacific fashion scene for dressing notable figures, including Miss World Samoa contestant Latafale Auva’a, and for his participation in significant events such as the Commonwealth Fashion Exchange at Buckingham Palace. In 2024, he designed the outfit for Moana actor Auliʻi Cravalho for the premiere of Moana 2, showcasing his talent and creativity. Throughout his career, Ah Loo participated in various fashion weeks, including Fiji Fashion, Pacific Runway, and Utah Fashion Week. He was also an advocate for Pacific creatives and co-founded Utah Pacific Fashion, emphasizing his dedication to his heritage and the impact of fashion on people's lives.
