Afdera Franchetti
Afdera Franchetti was an Italian baroness and socialite born on July 8, 1931, into one of Italy's most illustrious noble families. She was the daughter of renowned explorer Raimondo Franchetti and baroness Bianca Moceniga Rocca, and gained fame as a prominent figure in the international jet-set scene. Afdera became well-known for her marriage to American actor Henry Fonda, which lasted from 1957 to 1961. The couple was introduced by Audrey Hepburn during Fonda's filming in Italy.
