Aggi Sverrisson

Aggi Sverrisson is the head chef of Moss, a Michelin-starred restaurant located at The Retreat Hotel by the Blue Lagoon in Iceland. Having opened the restaurant in 2019, he has been instrumental in building its reputation for innovative Icelandic cuisine with Asian influences. Prior to his role at Moss, Aggi led Texture Restaurant & Champagne Bar in London, which also held a Michelin star during his tenure. He has had the honor of training under the renowned chef Raymond Blanc, further enhancing his culinary expertise. Under Aggi's leadership, Moss has maintained its Michelin star for three consecutive years, reflecting his commitment to quality and creativity in the kitchen.
