Ahmet Hamdi Atalay

Ahmet Hamdi Atalay is a prominent Turkish engineer and public servant, recognized for his extensive contributions to the fields of telecommunications and cybersecurity. After completing his undergraduate education in Electronics and Communication Engineering at Yıldız Technical University in 1984, he pursued a master's degree in Cybersecurity from Gazi University. Atalay has held significant positions, including membership in the Information Technologies and Communications Authority and serving as the General Manager of HAVELSAN AŞ from 2015 to 2020. His expertise has also been utilized in various advisory roles within the Turkish Parliament and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. Recently appointed as the Deputy Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Atalay continues to play a vital role in shaping Turkey's technological landscape.
