Ajla

Ajla is a Bosnian woman who experienced the trauma of war and personal loss, which made her vulnerable to extremist ideologies. After living in a community known for its strict religious practices, she later traveled to Syria, where she endured violence and control. Upon returning to Bosnia, Ajla confronts numerous challenges, including bureaucratic obstacles and social stigma, while focusing on her child's well-being and her own healing.
