Akhtar Abdur Rahman

General Akhtar Abdur Rahman was a prominent military officer in Pakistan, serving as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee during the regime of President Zia-ul-Haq. He was a key figure in Pakistan's military operations and was aboard the C-130 aircraft that crashed in 1988, resulting in his death along with President Zia and several other senior officials.
