Alaa Al-Bindawi

Alaa Al-Bindawi is a member of the Iraqi Parliament who has expressed views on the coordination efforts between Iraq and the Kurdistan Workers' Party regarding disarmament and security in the region. He has indicated that a joint plan is needed to fill any security vacuum left by the PKK.
