Albert DeGarmo

Albert DeGarmo is the manager of the Energy and Minerals Governance Program at the U.S. Department of State's Office of Energy Supply Chains. He has been recognized for his efforts in assessing and promoting energy governance and mineral supply chains, particularly in the context of rare earth mineral exploration. Recently, he visited the Dominican Republic to observe the advancements made in this sector.
