Alberto Beingolea

Alberto Beingolea is a former sports journalist turned football coach, currently involved with Cienciano, where he serves as both the head of development for youth divisions and took on the role of interim head coach for the first team. After professionalizing his coaching skills in Spain, Beingolea returned to Peru, initially working with Sporting Cristal before joining Cienciano. His dual experience in journalism and coaching allows him to approach football from a comprehensive perspective. He is focused on enhancing the club's youth development programs, aiming to build a strong foundation for future success while managing the immediate challenges faced by the first team.
