Aleksandar Stefanov

Aleksandar Stefanov has been elected as the new president of the Handball Federation of Macedonia (RFM), taking over from long-serving president Zivko Mukatev. With 26 years of experience in handball, both as a player and an administrator, Stefanov is committed to advancing the sport in Macedonia over the next four years. His plans include developing infrastructure, promoting women's handball, and fostering youth engagement through initiatives like a mini-handball league for children. Stefanov's election marks a new chapter for Macedonian handball, with a focus on sustainability and growth.
