Zivko Mukatev

Zivko Mukatev is a prominent figure in Macedonian sports, particularly recognized for his leadership in handball. Under his tenure, the Handball Federation of North Macedonia saw significant improvements in the conditions for national teams, both senior and youth levels. Mukatev's strategic vision and commitment to promoting the sport across the country, including in smaller towns, have been pivotal in enhancing the status of handball as the number one sport in Macedonia. Recently, he announced his decision to step back from the race for leadership, prioritizing personal commitments while expressing his willingness to support the future leadership of the federation with his extensive knowledge and experience.
