Aleksejs Navaļnijs

Aleksejs Navaļnijs was a prominent Russian opposition leader and anti-corruption activist known for his outspoken criticism of President Vladimir Putin's regime. He gained international recognition for his efforts to expose corruption within the Russian government and was a key figure in organizing protests against electoral fraud. Navaļnijs was imprisoned multiple times, and in August 2020, he was poisoned with a nerve agent, which led to widespread condemnation of the Russian authorities.
